1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
Prices include applicable taxes and fees
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and attraction
E-tickets will be sent to your registered email address

3. Entry Requirements

To gain entry to the park, you must:

Present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed)
Present valid identification if requested
Arrive during operating hours
Comply with all park rules and regulations

4. Ticket Types & Age Categories

Adult: 13 years and above
Child: 3 to 12 years
Senior: 60 years and above
Infant: Under 3 years (Free admission)

Age verification may be required at entry.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur fees
In case of park closure due to weather or emergency, alternative arrangements will be made
No-shows will not be refunded

6. Multi-Park Passes

Multi-park passes are valid for the specified number of days from first use
Each park can only be visited once per pass
Passes are non-transferable

7. Park Rules

Visitors must adhere to all park rules including:

No feeding animals unless at designated feeding sessions
No flash photography in certain areas
No smoking except in designated areas
Follow all safety instructions from staff

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Changes to park attractions or schedules
Issues arising from incorrect information provided during booking

9. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We use SSL encryption to protect your financial information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
